Terms of Use

Effective October 15, 2026 · Version 2026-10-15

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Aero Solutions Pro LLC (“we”, “us”), the maker of Blurtz. They cover the Blurtz app and playblurtz.com (together, “Blurtz”). You agree to them when you tap I agree in the app. If you don’t agree, don’t use Blurtz.

Zero tolerance. Blurtz has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Harassment, bullying, hate, sexual content, threats, content that encourages self-harm, and anything posted to hurt or humiliate someone is not allowed. We remove it, and we may remove the account that posted it from Blurtz permanently.

1. Who can use Blurtz

You must be at least 17 years old. You must be able to form a binding contract, and you must not be barred from using Blurtz under the laws that apply to you. If we’ve disabled your account, you may not create another one.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google or an emailed code. Keep access to that account secure; you’re responsible for what happens under it. Your display name and handle must not impersonate anyone or break these Terms.

3. How the game works

Blurtz is played in private rooms that people join by code or link. A room’s creator is its commissioner, who sets up seasons and can remove players from that room. Players add squares, call them with a story when they happen, and confirm or dispute each other’s calls. A call nobody disputes counts when its window closes. Disputes carry the name of the person disputing and can cost points.

Points, standings and titles exist only inside Blurtz. They have no cash value and can’t be exchanged, sold or transferred.

4. No wagering

Blurtz is not gambling and must not be used for it. You may not use Blurtz to organize, record or settle bets, entry fees, pools or prizes of any value, inside or outside the app.

5. Your content

“Your content” is anything you put into Blurtz: names, pictures, squares, stories, photos, videos, dispute reasons and comments. You keep ownership of it. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and display it, only to run Blurtz — for example, to show your story to the members of your room and to check pictures and videos for objectionable material. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except where we need to keep it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Only post content you have the right to post. Don’t post anyone’s private information, or photos or video of people who haven’t agreed to be in a game. A confirmed call stays in the room’s standings even if you later leave or are removed; it’s then shown as coming from “a former player”.

6. What’s not allowed

Besides the zero-tolerance rule above, you may not:

7. Reporting, blocking and moderation

Every name, picture, square, story, photo, video and comment in Blurtz can be reported. A real person reviews every report within 24 hours. You can block any player; their content is hidden from you across every room, and they aren’t told.

Pictures, photos and videos are checked automatically before anyone else can see them. We may remove any content, remove anyone from a room, or disable any account that we believe breaks these Terms, with or without notice. Commissioners can remove players from their own rooms.

8. Our rights

Blurtz, its name, the daub, its design and its software belong to Aero Solutions Pro LLC. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms and, for the iOS app, the App Store’s Usage Rules.

We may change, pause or stop any part of Blurtz at any time. If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them without owing you anything.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Blurtz at any time, and delete your account from your profile in the app (or ask us at support@aerosolutionspro.com). We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we’re required to by law. Sections 5 (the part about content kept for standings), 8, 10, 11, 12 and 14 continue after your access ends.

10. No warranty

Blurtz is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise Blurtz will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any content posted by players is accurate or appropriate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Aero Solutions Pro LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Blurtz or from content posted by other players. Our total liability for any claim relating to Blurtz is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of content you posted or because you broke these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make a change that matters, the app will ask you to agree again before you keep playing, and the effective date above will change.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that can’t be settled informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the place you live.
